Subscriptions and accounts

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your device subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the current period ends to prevent renewal. You keep access to the paid features until that period ends.

Close an account

You can close your account directly in the app or by contacting us by email. Closing the account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play; you must cancel your subscription in your store settings to prevent future charges. Fees already paid are not refunded by Steerly.

Want to access, correct or request deletion of personal data? Email us and describe which data your request concerns.

Say whether you want to request deletion of data or close the whole account. Access and retention are explained in the privacy notice.

Withdraw from a purchase or ask about a refund

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you take out the subscription. Because the subscription is purchased in-app through the App Store or Google Play, withdrawal and cancellation are handled directly by each store under their terms.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are requested directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play according to Google’s terms. Steerly cannot issue refunds for purchases made through app stores.

Tell us what is not working

Email us about a technical problem or an accessibility barrier. It helps to describe:

What you were trying to do and what happened.
Where in the app or on the website the problem occurred.
Which phone, computer or browser you use.

You are welcome to attach a screenshot. Hide personal data that is not needed, and never send passwords or card details.
